GrackleDocs remediation methodology uses manual experts and not automated tools so as to avoid the pitfalls of automated tools due to their insufficient coverage and completeness.
We strip the documents of tags and apply tags and structure from scratch. For checks, we do manual tab through of the reading order for each document, we review side by side of the document to confirm visuals have not changed and run through NVDA and JAWS as needed.
