Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer (Front-End) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set in web development, with a focus on front-end technologies. This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript and React, with additional skills in Google Cloud and other technologies considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript and React.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive web applications.
• Work on migrating a C# Windows desktop application to a web-based platform.
• Engage in thick client Windows development as needed.
• Utilize Google Cloud, GCP, and Terraform to support cloud-based solutions.
• Employ Python and MongoDB to enhance application functionality (assets).
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with UI/UX design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, GCP, and Terraform is an asset.
• Knowledge of Python and MongoDB is an asset.
• Experience with C# and Windows application development.
• Ability to manage the migration of desktop applications to web platforms.
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
