As a Client Success Operations Lead at Grackle Docs, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with clients, providing quotes, scheduling deliveries within the internal systems, as well as scheduling of assignments. You will work closely with your team lead in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to make an impact.

Responsabilités :

  • Proactively reach out to customers to check on their satisfaction and address potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage production schedules, deadlines, and deliveries..
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on account handoffs and upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Complete special projects as needed or requested.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years minimum.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, communication and multitasking.
  • Qualifications: 2 years of Industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience.
